Do I Qualify?

Applicants must meet all of our Tenant Selection Criteria

Must be 62 years of age or older.
Must be able to live independently.
Must pass a credit check
Must receive a favorable reference from previous or present landlord verification.
Must pass a criminal and sex offender background check.
HUD limits income to $29,950 per individual or $33,750 for couples.
Rent is based on a maximum of 30% of an applicant’s adjusted monthly income.
Rent includes all utilities except telephone and cable TV. Telephones are the responsibility of the resident and cable TV is available at an additional monthly charge. Cablevision is $23.28 per month.
