Applicants must meet all of our Tenant Selection Criteria
- Must be 62 years of age or older.
- Must be able to live independently.
- Must pass a credit check
- Must receive a favorable previous or present landlord verification.
- Must pass a criminal and sex offender background check.
- HUD limits income to $25,750 per individual or $29,400 for couples.
- Rent is based on a maximum of 30% of an applicant’s adjusted monthly income.
- Rent includes all utilities except telephone and cable TV. Telephones are the responsibility of the resident and cable TV is available at an additional monthly charge.
